Bool is a personal AI assistant operated by Provable Intelligence. This policy explains what information Bool accesses, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Bool processes the messages and instructions you send, the account identifiers needed to maintain your conversation, and any information you explicitly ask it to remember. If you connect Google services, Bool receives OAuth credentials and the Google Workspace data necessary to perform the features you request.
Gmail access is used to show unread mail, read messages you request, organize messages, create drafts, and send a message only after your explicit approval. Google Calendar access is requested separately and is used to show upcoming events and create events you request. Bool does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train or improve a generalized AI model.
Bool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
To provide user-facing summaries, drafts, and assistance, relevant content may be sent securely to contracted infrastructure and AI processing providers. These providers process it only to operate Bool for you. Human access is restricted to security, legal compliance, or specific support you request.
Each user's data is stored in an isolated tenant. Stored message content, memory, Google OAuth credentials, and action details are encrypted at rest. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but access is limited and security controls are reviewed regularly.
Information is retained while needed to provide Bool and maintain the history you request. You may ask Bool to forget remembered information at any time. Ask Bool to “disconnect Gmail” or “disconnect Calendar” to revoke Google access and delete the stored credential and locally retained integration activity. You can also revoke access from your Google Account security settings. To request complete account-data deletion, email admin@provableintelligence.com.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to service providers needed to operate user-facing features, when you direct us to, for security, or when legally required.
We may update this policy as Bool evolves. Material changes will be reflected here. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to admin@provableintelligence.com.
